Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)

  • 1 cup broccoli florets (steamed or air-fried)

  • 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (or cheddar)

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste


Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Chicken

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

  • Air fry for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 74°C).

Step 2: Make the Creamy Sauce

  • In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

  • Add heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until smooth.

  • Stir in mozzarella until melted into a creamy sauce.

Step 3: Assemble

  • Add steamed/air-fried broccoli and crumbled bacon to the sauce.

  • Pour the mixture over cooked chicken breasts.
